Hog automatic scalding machine
The equipment is used in the on-line scalding process of hog. The pig carcass suspended under the pig automatic bloodletting conveyor goes down with the conveyor chain after draining and cleaning and enters the scalding tank for scalding.
After scalding (i.e. the conveyor chain turns once in the machine), the pig carcass goes up with the conveyor chain and is unloaded at the pig unloader. It should be used in conjunction with the pig hanging bloodletting conveyor and is suitable for large slaughter and processing plants.
